Terms of Service

The rules for accessing and using Restia across web and mobile apps.

Effective date: August 23, 2025

1. Definitions

  • Provider: Restia Software SL, Spain.
  • User: Anyone accessing the Service, including Establishment Administrators.
  • Applications: Restia mobile apps on App Store and Google Play.
  • Content: Information, data, logos, table setups or other works shared via the Service.
  • Subscription: Paid plans for premium functionality.

2. Conditions of Use

  • User must be 18+ with legal capacity.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Respect third-party IP rights.
  • Provide truthful, accurate, updated information.
  • Do not interfere with security or performance.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly.
  • No distribution, modification, or derivative works of the Applications.
  • Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice when possible.

3. Mobile Applications

  • Available on App Store and Google Play; subject to store terms.
  • Carrier data charges may apply.

4. Accounts and Authentication

  • Access via Google OAuth 2.0, Apple Sign-In, or other providers.
  • Users must safeguard credentials and notify unauthorized use at . contacto@restia.app

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans

  • Free: basic access.
  • Pro: monthly subscription with advanced features.
  • Enterprise: custom for large operations.

Processing

  • Payments via RevenueCat and app stores.
  • Local currency pricing; taxes included.
  • Auto-renew until cancelled; price changes notified 30+ days ahead.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • iOS: manage in Settings > Subscriptions or App Store.
  • Android: manage in Google Play > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds follow Apple/Google policies; no refunds for partial periods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, Applications, code, design, and interfaces belong to Provider or licensors. License: limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable to use the apps and Service as per these Terms. Users keep rights to their Content but grant Provider a worldwide, free, sublicensable license to host, process, and display it to provide the Service.

7. User Content & Moderation

Users must have rights to their Content and avoid infringement. Provider may remove or suspend Content that breaches these Terms or law. Users should keep backups.

8. Availability & Maintenance

  • Aim for 99%+ annual availability excluding scheduled maintenance.
  • Offline support for critical operations.
  • Updates may be required from app stores; some mandatory for security.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Google Services: auth, analytics, push, cloud storage.
  • Apple Services: auth, App Store, push.
  • RevenueCat: subscriptions and payments.

Use subject to their terms and privacy policies; Provider is not responsible for their practices.

10. Privacy

Data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy (part of these Terms). Provider complies with GDPR and applicable data laws.

11. Termination

  • User may cancel account, uninstall apps, and cancel subscriptions in stores.
  • Provider may suspend or cancel for serious breach, with notice when possible.
  • After termination, access ceases; data retained per Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service and Apps are provided "as is" and "as available"; no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or universally compatible operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

Provider liability is capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months, max €1,000. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; lost profits, data, or opportunities; third-party failures; or device/OS incompatibility.

14. Modifications

Terms may change with at least 30 days notice (email, push, or web notice). Continued use implies acceptance.

Spanish law governs. Disputes subject to Spanish courts, without prejudice to consumer rights.
